Acute Care Transplant Registered Nurse

UCHealth seeks a compassionate RN for our Acute Care Transplant Med unit. In this role, you’ll provide complex inpatient nursing care to pre- and post-transplant adults, including assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, and post-operative management. You’ll collaborate closely with transplant physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and therapists to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include care planning, teaching patients and families, coordinating discharge, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.
