SINAI HOSPITAL - PRACTICE MANAGER

ABOUT THE ORTHOPEDIC UNIT

Sinai Hospital's Orthopedic Unit is a 50-bed acute care medical/surgical unit that partners closely with the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics to provide pre- and post-surgical care.

Professional development opportunities include telemetry classes, stroke training, and trauma courses, giving nurses the opportunity to expand their skills across orthopedics and other areas of acute care.

8-bed Joint and Spine Center
4-bed Close Observation Area

POSITION: PRACTICE MANAGER

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and revenue cycle functions of the faculty practice. This role works closely with physicians, staff, and billing services to ensure efficient operations, optimize financial performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The Practice Manager provides leadership to staff, supports performance management, identifies opportunities for operational improvement, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily practice operations and revenue cycle activities.
Process and manage human resources actions in accordance with organizational policies.
Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new physicians.
Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
Partner with physicians and leadership to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Three to five years of healthcare practice management, medical office operations, or related leadership experience required.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

PAY RANGE

$26.00-$51.27 per hour

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including the market range, candidate qualifications and experience, and internal peer equity.
