We're looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join a growing multi-unit restaurant organization. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner closely with restaurant managers and the HR Director to support employees across multiple locations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy employee relations, recruiting, and coaching leaders, we'd love to meet you.

This is a hybrid position, working Monday-Wednesday in the office and Thursday-Friday remotely, with occasional travel to restaurant locations throughout the Los Angeles area.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with restaurant managers on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and workplace investigations.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Assist with HR compliance, including California employment laws and company policies.
  • Support leave administration, workers' compensation, accommodations, and other HR programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
  • Help drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees.
  • Visit restaurant locations to build relationships and support operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, retail, hotel, food service, or other multi-unit experience strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of California employment laws.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Hybrid schedule (Monday-Wednesday onsite, Thursday-Friday remote)
  • Work closely with an experienced HR Director who values collaboration and mentorship.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Join a growing organization with room for professional growth.
  • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Compensation: $72,000-$78,000, depending on experience.
