Patient Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Coordinator to support healthcare operations through appointment scheduling, patient record management, and communication with contracted healthcare sites.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with contracted healthcare sites to obtain and update patient appointment information.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
• Generate reports for management as needed.
• Update patient records and appointment details within Epic/HealthConnect.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely workflow completion.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of patient scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
• Required: Experience using Epic EMR.
• Preferred: Experience with Epic HealthConnect.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a high-volume healthcare environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Schedule: Full-Time
