Currently we have an exciting opportunity with our Work Ready program as a Quality Assurance Specialist . Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.

This role, located in our Center City Philadelphia office, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

As the Quality Assurance Specialist you will be responsible for reviewing records, checking for accuracy and completeness, and verifying that all program requirements are met.

Day to Day :

  • Maintain a working knowledge of TANF and the PA Department of Public Welfare regulations.
  • Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with County Assistance Liaison.
  • Prepare periodic written reports, both statistical and narrative.
  • Participate in supervisory meetings, clinical team meetings and division meetings on an ongoing basis Participate in contract compliance and achievement of program goals.
  • Participate in additional programmatic and agency-wide activities as assigned.
  • Participate in program and Workforce Initiatives Unit Total Quality Management Implementation.
  • Completes all data entry into CWDS database and data enters into internal database (ETO) as needed.
  • Review client files for accuracy and compliance including client time and attendance records.
  • Prepare and review for accuracy periodic reports, both statistical and narrative.
  • Participate in program and Workforce Initiatives Unit Total Quality Management Implementation.
