Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, age-appropriate physical therapy to pediatric patients, collaborating under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans that target specific goals in strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and confidence.
- Utilize engaging, play-based methods to encourage children’s participation in therapy activities, making each session enjoyable and productive.
- Regularly document each child's progress and maintain clear communication with the supervising PT to adapt treatment as needed.
- Work directly with families and caregivers, providing them with the necessary tools and strategies to support ongoing therapy goals at home.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
