Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead clinical operations in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy while overseeing day-to-day clinic performance, including staff supervision, scheduling, and patient flow. You’ll mentor therapists, support continuing education, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will drive patient-first outcomes, build community relationships, and help grow the clinic through excellent service, leadership, and operational efficiency in a supportive, development-focused culture.
