Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, functional rehab to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to improve strength, balance, and mobility; prevent falls; and promote independence. Enjoy autonomy with strong clinical support, mentorship, productivity tools, and education. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and uphold high ethical and clinical standards in a mission-driven, clinician-founded practice.
