Full job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their dedicated team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Range: $26.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm (subject to change)

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs promptly.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety standards.

What's Needed?

  • Relevant technical credentials, including certifications 100037 and 100006.
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
