Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Passion for hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable dining experiences
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
• Ability to drive daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for service and execution
