Floor Manager Requirements:

• Experience managing a high-volume restaurant
• Extremely guest-driven with a genuine passion for hospitality
• High-energy, outgoing, and highly visible on the floor
• Warm, engaging, and comfortable building relationships with regulars
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused during demanding services
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
