Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY. In this outpatient role, you’ll provide comprehensive urologic care, including patient evaluations, follow-up visits, chronic disease management, and select procedures. You will order and interpret diagnostics, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and document in the EHR. Collaborate closely with urologists and a strong support team in a patient-centered, community-focused culture that values quality, work–life balance, and long-term relationships.
