Occupational Therapy Assistant – Home Health

EHS Home Health Care Services, Inc., part of Advocate Health, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in their homes. Under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, help patients build skills for daily living, improve mobility and coordination, and promote safe independence. You’ll educate patients and caregivers, document care and progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
