What we offer:

Group Summary:

Coordinates all incoming customer concerns and forwards issues to appropriate quality staff.  Ensures accuracy of reporting and timeliness of documentation in accordance with quality systems procedures.

*Maintain and update Operation Manuals & monthly performance metric charts (QOS)

*Handle confidential information on a regular basis

*Participate in Continual Improvement activities

*File and maintain documents from customers and suppliers

*Maintain and update internal monthly and weekly Quality charts and presentations

*Maintain and update COSMA/MAGNA monthly Quality charts and presentations

*Maintain and distribute scrap reports

*Generate trend charts and other analytical presentations

*Analyze data for discrepancies and effectiveness

*Create and analyze special cause data for trends and possible solutions

*Create and analyze quality data for predictive measures

*Create inspection instructions by photographing the inspection process, parts, and fixture and implementing the photos into the instruction text.

*Access daily and monitor customer web sites for quality concerns, bulletins, and updated documents

*Preparation and maintenance of process inspection instructions, reports and quality alerts
