Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are an established outpatient rehabilitation organization with multiple clinics serving patients throughout the Las Vegas and Southern Nevada market. Our therapists treat a broad mix of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular and functional mobility conditions.
This is an environment built for clinicians who still want to practice physical therapy—not spend their entire day racing a stopwatch, negotiating for basic equipment or completing documentation after everyone else has gone home.
The organization combines the resources and clinical infrastructure of a larger therapy network with the more personal feel of a local outpatient practice. Therapists have access to established treatment systems, specialized clinical education and modern rehabilitation tools. The broader organization focuses heavily on orthopedic, vestibular, balance and fall-prevention care.
You will be trusted to evaluate patients, develop individualized plans and adjust treatment based on what actually works. Revolutionary concept, apparently.
Why join us?
- $90,000–$115,000 salary range, allowing compensation to reflect experience, specialty knowledge and clinical value
• Outpatient-only work without the travel schedule, unpredictable territory or windshield time associated with home-based care
• Multiple clinic locations throughout Southern Nevada, creating the potential for a position closer to home
• A varied caseload that can include orthopedic, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular and mobility-related conditions
• Clinical autonomy to create individualized treatment plans rather than forcing every patient through the same protocol
• An established referral base and operational infrastructure, so you are not being asked to build a clinic from scratch
• Modern rehabilitation equipment and treatment resources to support more effective patient care
• A collaborative clinical team where PTs and PTAs work together instead of operating in separate silos
• Opportunity to develop deeper expertise in orthopedic, balance or vestibular rehabilitation
• Structured onboarding and clinical support for newer therapists
• New graduates may be considered and can receive guidance while developing confidence and efficiency
• Career-growth opportunities across a multi-location outpatient organization
• Full-time stability with predictable clinic-based scheduling
• The ability to follow patients through their recovery and see the actual results of your work
• A setting where clinical quality, patient progress and professional judgment matter
Your current position may be familiar. That does not necessarily mean it is working.
If you regularly finish documentation at home, feel rushed through every treatment or have stopped believing outpatient therapy can offer both professional growth and a sustainable career, it may be worth comparing.
Burnout is common in physical therapy. It does not need to be included in the job description.
