Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in skilled nursing and long term care
• Experience with Nethealth and PCC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Patient population includes short term and long term care
• Productivity expectation: 85%
