Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1790 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Paragon is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Unit Details: - The unit has transitioned to the VIC (virtual integrated care nursing) model. - Patient population includes patients with CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, and CKD. - Tele/monitor technicians monitor patients, but RNs have to be able to read strips. - Patients may require CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow support.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend required. - Holidays are required.

Floating Requirements: - First to float to all Med/Surg units; may float to PCU to care for Tele holds before they are transferred.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
