RN Trauma Lead

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an RN Trauma Lead to coordinate clinical care for trauma patients in our Level II trauma center. The RN Trauma Lead will oversee trauma workflows, support physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to trauma protocols, core measures, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include triage, direct patient care, staff mentoring, documentation review, and participation in performance improvement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative clinical leader with strong critical care skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering safe, evidence-based trauma care.
