The Engagement Coordinator creates meaningful, resident-centered programs that enhance daily life and support an active aging lifestyle. This role brings creativity, energy and connection to the community by designing engaging experiences that foster purpose, joy and belonging. What You’ll Do: • Develop and lead a balanced activity program aligned with Sunrise Engage Life standards • Create daily, weekly and monthly activity plans and publish the community calendar • Encourage resident participation through creative, purposeful and inclusive programming • Welcome new residents and help them build connections within the community • Lead group activities, wellness exercises and special events • Coordinate seasonal celebrations, life events and community décor • Support public relations efforts and positive community outreach • Manage activity space organization and event preparation • Supervise and support the Driver role and transportation scheduling • Recruit and coordinate volunteers as applicable • Support customer satisfaction goals and act as Manager on Duty when required What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) • 1–2 years’ experience planning and leading group activities or events • Strong communication and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology (iPad/tablet) • Passion for working with seniors and creating engaging experiences Engagement Coordinator – Create Meaningful Experiences for Residents Engagement Coordinator | Activities Coordinator | Resident Engagement | Senior Living

Pay Range:

17.30 - 21.70
