Full job description

Our client, a global records and information management company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Records Material Handler to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate / Records Material Handler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Records Management and Order Fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Records Material Handler
Location: Dallas, TX 75211
Pay Range: $18.57-19.26/hr
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday w/ occasional overtime on Saturday depending on business needs

What’s the Job?

  • Process incoming and outgoing records, files, boxes, and other stored materials
  • Lift, carry, move, and organize boxes weighing up to 100 lbs throughout the shift
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to fulfill orders
  • Load, palletize, and shrink-wrap materials for storage and shipment
  • Use a computer system to track inventory and locate records accurately

What’s Needed?
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods
  • Experience in warehouse, material handling, or general labor environments preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read labels, track orders, and operate scanners
  • ASTM-compliant safety toe footwear with slip-resistant soles required for the worksite
