Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. What You’ll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and ventilation components.

• Review job requirements and materials prior to installation.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• Complete installation notes, documentation, and equipment registration.

• Assist in training junior team members when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Professional communication and customer service skills.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday

Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
