Cart Corral Installer

Job Overview:

• We are seeking reliable, hands-on workers to assist with installing shopping cart corrals at a new retail location. Cart corrals are the designated areas in parking lots where customers return shopping carts. This role involves assembling and installing these structures using basic tools in an outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install cart corrals in a retail parking lot
• Handle and organize materials needed for installation
• Use basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, wrenches)
• Follow instructions to ensure proper placement and secure construction
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Experience using basic tools and following simple construction instructions
• Comfortable climbing and working on ladders
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Outdoor parking lot setting (exposure to weather conditions)
• Active, physical role involving lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
