RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER - HIGH VOLUME/LIVE MUSIC

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, established restaurant in Corpus Christi, TX. Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across all aspects of the restaurant
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing team members and leaders
• Develop, implement, and uphold effective systems, standards, and procedures
• Maintain a strong focus on hospitality, food quality, service, and the guest experience
• Lead with a hands-on approach while creating accountability throughout the team
• Communicate effectively and foster a collaborative, positive work environment

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a salaried Restaurant General Manager
• Proven experience managing restaurant volumes of approximately $8M+ in annual sales
• Strong operational leadership and team-development experience
• People-focused, hospitality-driven leader with a high level of integrity
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Counter-service experience is a plus
• Experience booking and coordinating live musical acts and entertainment is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-level restaurant environment and regularly navigating stairs
• Willing and able to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX
