Mechanic A

GFL Environmental is seeking a skilled Mechanic A to inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment supporting waste and recycling operations. In this on-site role, you’ll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs on diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems to keep routes running safely and efficiently. You’ll follow strict safety and environmental standards, document work in maintenance systems, collaborate with drivers and supervisors, and help mentor junior technicians.
