Full job description
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Documentation of professional references and clinical experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with geriatric populations, mobility training, and discharge planning preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records common to post-acute care preferred.
