Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2250 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience with 1 month within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Med/Surg experience preferred.

Preferred Credentials: - BSN preferred.

Unit Details: - 3 levels of care: ICU, stepdown, and Med/Surg.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other or every third weekend. - Every other holiday. - Travelers can be placed on call for low census. Call back minimum is 2 hours.

Floating Requirements: - Potential to float to Med/Surg and to other south region locations, including Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Divine Savior.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
