Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Las Palmas Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Medical Oncology unit to provide leadership and direct patient care. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations, support chemotherapy and oncology treatment protocols, and ensure adherence to evidence-based standards and regulatory requirements. You will mentor and precept nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promote patient-centered, safe, and compassionate care. The role includes patient and family education, performance improvement initiatives, and supporting best practices in quality, safety, and documentation.
