Property Manager

Location: Lakeville, MN
Salary: $56,000 - $62,000 annually + Bonus Potential
Schedule: Full-Time (will start on a 30-60 day temp contract)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a manufactured housing/mobile home community. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional resident experiences, maintaining community standards, and driving occupancy and financial performance.

As Property Manager, you will serve as the face of the community while leading operations, supporting residents, managing vendors, and ensuring the property remains a welcoming place to call home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, vendors, and local municipalities
  • Drive and maintain high occupancy levels through effective leasing and resident retention efforts
  • Collect rent and fees while following up on delinquent accounts as needed
  • Walk the community daily to ensure compliance with company standards and community expectations
  • Manage community operations within an established budget while maximizing profitability
  • Respond to community emergencies and urgent situations outside normal business hours when necessary
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly resident events and community engagement activities
  • Lead by example and maintain high performance standards for yourself and your team
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Conduct prompt follow-up with prospective residents and applicants throughout the leasing process
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners
  • Support and promote the mission, values, and goals of Riverstone Communities

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property management, mobile home communities, multifamily housing, or a related industry
  • 3+ years of proven customer service experience
  • Experience supervising teams and managing vendor relationships
  • Valid driver's license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and internet applications
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to take initiative

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to regularly walk community grounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the property for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Property management experience within manufactured housing, mobile home, multifamily, or residential communities
  • Leasing and occupancy management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
