Clinical Nurse Transplant

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse – Transplant to deliver specialized care to pre- and post-transplant patients in a leading, nonprofit academic health system. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and infusions, monitor complex clinical status, and coordinate closely with physicians, transplant coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families on the transplant journey and lifelong therapies, uphold strict safety and infection-prevention standards, and contribute to quality and research-driven initiatives within a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
