Lead Sonographer

Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this onsite role, you will perform complex exams, optimize imaging quality, and ensure safe, compassionate care for diverse patient populations. You will mentor sonographers, support scheduling and workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nurses. The Lead Sonographer helps drive protocol standardization, quality improvement, and staff education while upholding Wellstar’s mission of patient-centered, community-focused care across its Georgia facilities.
