CNC Programmer, Aerospace Precision Components

Location: Bay Shore, NY
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Pay: $130,000 to $140,000 per year

Program the precision aerospace components that matter, backed by top-tier pay and a manufacturer investing in advanced technology.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Strong experience programming CNC milling machines
  • Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork

What You'll Do

  • Develop, test, and optimize CNC milling programs for aerospace components
  • Program custom parts and production tooling
  • Build machining methods and tooling strategies that improve efficiency
  • Set up and support CNC milling machines in production
  • Validate and troubleshoot programs on the machine
  • Update programs for engineering changes and product revisions
  • Partner with engineering, production, and quality to cut cycle times
  • Maintain program documentation and revision control

  • CATIA experience
