Full job description
As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you’ll deliver specialized nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized rehab care plans, administer medications, and monitor progress toward functional recovery.
