Pharmacist Production

As a Pharmacist Production at MedStar Health, you will ensure safe, accurate, and timely preparation and verification of medications for patients across our regional health system. You’ll oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding, IV admixtures, and automated dispensing processes, while maintaining strict compliance with USP, state, and federal regulations. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and technicians, you’ll resolve medication issues, optimize therapies, and support clinical protocols. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement, staff training, and medication safety initiatives in a patient-first, mission-driven environment.
