Stellar Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support residents in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with ADL retraining, mobility, and functional activities, and document resident progress using EMR systems. You will collaborate closely with nursing and therapy teams, educate residents and families, and promote safety and independence.
