Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life. In this onsite role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADLs, mobility, and safety for seniors in independent, assisted living, and memory care. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive, growth-focused community.
