Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this onsite role, you will deliver hands-on therapy under PT supervision, focusing on strength, balance, mobility, and fall prevention to improve function and quality of life. You will implement care plans, document in EMR, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
