Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic activities, assist with evaluations, implement individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families to promote safety and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in the EMR, and help maintain a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding rehab environment with opportunities for professional growth.
