Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 12 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. If the clinician previously worked with Sanford Health, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

Shift & Scheduling: Straight nights. Every other weekend and holiday.

Unit Details: Patient ratios are typically 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights.

Floating Requirements: The clinician is willing to float to any Med-Surg or Telemetry unit requested by the facility that falls within their scope of practice.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
