Pharmacist Production

As a Pharmacist Production at MedStar Health, you will ensure safe, accurate, and timely preparation and dispensing of medications for inpatient and outpatient populations across our regional health system. You will oversee high‑volume production workflows, sterile and non‑sterile compounding, and pharmacy automation while maintaining strict regulatory and quality standards. In collaboration with clinical teams, you’ll verify orders, resolve medication issues, and support medication safety initiatives. You’ll also help train staff, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient‑centered care.
