Overview

Are you organized, dependable, and looking for an opportunity to gain valuable office experience with a well-established organization? We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our Honolulu office.

This position serves as the central administrative resource for the office, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, managing multiple tasks, and supporting a team in a professional office environment.

  • Temporary assignment anticipated to last 2-3 months
  • Fully onsite position based in our Kapolei, HI office located on 1001 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI 96707
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Potential opportunity for permanent employment based on business needs and performance


How you'll make an impact

As the primary administrative support person for the office, you'll be responsible for a variety of clerical and operational duties, including:

  • Scan and upload incoming mail into the claims management system on a daily basis
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Prepare and send letters and other mailed communications
  • Assist with the coordination and distribution of physician treatment plans for review by Resolution Managers
  • Support office operations and facility-related administrative tasks
  • Process and enter invoices and payments related to office supplies, equipment, and facility expenses
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to office leadership and staff
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned


About You

  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Previous administrative, clerical, office support, or customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
