Full job description
The Clinical Inpatient Float Pharmacist provides direct pharmaceutical care across UCHealth’s Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins hospitals. This onsite role verifies and dispenses inpatient medications, supports safe medication use, and applies evidence-based protocols. The pharmacist collaborates with physicians and nurses, counsels patients and caregivers, and stays current on new therapies to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure medication safety throughout the hospital.
