Beverage Manager
We are seeking a talented and hospitality-driven Beverage Manager to lead the beverage program for this high volume and high profile restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate beverage professional who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, developing an innovative cocktail and wine program, and leading a high-performing team.

Beverage Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the beverage program, including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail development
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house team members on beverage knowledge and service standards
- Partner with the Executive Chef and management team to create beverage offerings that complement the menu
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and beverage costs
- Deliver an exceptional experiences through outstanding beverage quality and service
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards
Beverage Manager Requirements
- Prior leadership experience managing a high-volume beverage program in an independent restaurant or bar
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and craft cocktails
- Passion for hospitality with a guest-first approach
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Current TIPS and ServSafe certifications
- WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers certification strongly preferred
