Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* ID Physical Therapist license required to start.
* CPR (Basic) required to start.
* Completed Orientation Documents required.
Assignment Details
* Shift Hours: 8 hours.
* Shifts Per Week: 3.

Location Highlights
