Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in the execution of customized treatment plans that enhance patients’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities, ensuring proper techniques to maximize effectiveness and minimize discomfort.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and home exercise plans to promote independent recovery.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold applications under the oversight of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, recording metrics like range of motion and improvement in functional capabilities.
• Prepare treatment areas and manage equipment logistics to ensure a smooth therapy session flow.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages healing and recovery.
• Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all patients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Demonstrated skill in delivering therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
