Key Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in the execution of customized treatment plans that enhance patients’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities, ensuring proper techniques to maximize effectiveness and minimize discomfort.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and home exercise plans to promote independent recovery.
- Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold applications under the oversight of a Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, recording metrics like range of motion and improvement in functional capabilities.
- Prepare treatment areas and manage equipment logistics to ensure a smooth therapy session flow.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and motivation to patients, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages healing and recovery.
- Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all patients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
