Medical Surgical Oncology - Travel Registered Nurse- $1630 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: IV insertion preferred. Chemotherapy preferred.

Unit Details: Approximately 50% of patients are Med-Surg patients. Uses Baxter pumps, SCD machine, Mobilab, and glucometer. Chest tube management. NGT management. Foley management.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month.

Floating Requirements: May float to Medical Oncology and Med-Surg.
