Geriatric Licensed Practical Nurse – Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for 3p–11p part-time shifts in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to older adults across varying levels of need, from assisted living to skilled nursing. Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, documentation, care coordination, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support residents’ dignity, comfort, and safety while building meaningful relationships.
