1st Shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in wire and cable production, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow detailed instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM-(Must be flexible to work 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Saturdays when required due to overtime)

What's the Job?

• Operate wire spooling machinery safely and efficiently
• Handle and process wire in a variety of colors and sizes
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, twisting, and standing for the entire shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety policies and procedures

• Ability to perform physical work for the duration of the shift
• Reliable transportation (no bus line access at this location)
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to follow instructions and work around machinery
• Safety gear including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses
