Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• Schedule options include 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
• 60-minute evaluations and treatments
