We are open late nights but your schedule will be for 45-48 hours a week.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Hold yourself and your team accountable for being the best in the trade area at what we do.
• Grow the business and deliver strong financial results.
• Highly qualified problem solver with strong and rational decision-making abilities.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 18 months plus of experience in a similar role in a polished casual restaurant.
• High volume experience is a must – a minimum of $4 million in annual sales.
• Be knowledgeable on cocktails and craft beer and current beverage market trends
• Be that brand ambassador in the community that people gravitate towards.
• Prior working knowledge of the Washington DC market is highly desirable.
