FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities in Vienna, VA. In this role, you’ll deliver functional, patient-centered interventions under the direction of an OT, focusing on mobility, ADLs, fall prevention, and safety. You’ll manage a caseload, document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in mentorship and continuing education while enjoying autonomy, strong clinical support, and growth opportunities.
